This card is for my older brother's birthday.
I have used an old picture I found from the late 70's of himself, myself and our mum having a stop-off picnic somewhere in Scotland.
I used cosmo cricket paper, orange and light blue bazzil paper.
I used my crop-a-dile on all of the corners before distressing them with fine sandpaper (the photo too) then distress inking them all with Vintage photo.
I have used a M.S corner punch borrowed from my friend Mona.
Hemp string and a little bronze embelli. from a local craft shop - Minne hjørne.
The card is going in for 3 Challenges:
Sir Stampalot June challenge " Punch it"
By the cute and girly June challenge " something old, something new, something borrowed and something blue" The old being the photograph, its new for me to be using the colour orange cos i'm not fond of that colour, I borrowed the M.S punch, and you can see the blue bazzil card and flowers. :OD
Crafty cardmakers Challenge 22 " Least and Most" You have to use your least and most favourite colours. I have used Orange which I am pretty sure must be my least favourite colour of all times, and my favourite at the moment is light blue.
Not long til My next card is ready to be photographed and put up...
Thanks for everyones lovley comments, they really do make my day :O)
Hugs Nina
